Directions:
Adults ? Take ? teaspoon two to four times daily in a glass of water or fruit juice, or as professionally recommended. Each ? teaspoon (1430mg) of Sodium Ascorbate powder provides approximately 1270mg Vitamin C.
Restrictions:
