Chamomile flower (Matricaria chamomilla), Hops herb (Humulus lupulus), Fructose, Lemon fruit (Citrus limonum), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra, Magnesium (citrate) 25mg*, Citric Acid, Flavours. (*per tea bag)
Directions:
Infuse 1 - 2 teabags in hot water (not boiling) for 2 - 10 minutes before drinking to fully capture the flavour and herbal benefits. Use up to three times daily. Best consumed without milk. Add honey to sweeten if desired.
