Morlife - Lemon Soother Herbal Tea

QTY

Lemon Soother is a blend of specially selected herbs with exotic lemon and lime fruits; a soothing and nourishing tea, especially great when you have a sore throat.

Ingredients:
Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), Lemon myrtle leaf (Backhousia citriodora), Lemongrass leaf (Cymbopogon citratus), Rose hip (Rose spp.), Peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Lemon fruit (Citrus limonum), Lime fruit (Citrus aurantifolia), Slippery elm bark (Ulmus fulva).

Directions:
Infuse 1-2 teabags in very hot water (not boiling) for 2-10 minutes. Use up to three times daily as soon as you recognise a cold is coming. Best consumed without milk. Add honey to sweeten if desired.

Restrictions:
Due to the high mucilage content, Lemon Soother may interfere with the absorption of medications or supplements taken at the same time. In rare cases, this tea may cause allergic reactions in susceptible individuals. If this occurs, discontinue taking and seek professional advice. Also, take advice if pregnant, lactating, taking medications or suffering from a serious health condition before taking.
