Ginger Digest is a unique blend of herbs and fruits known to have naturally occurring enzymes, further fortified with enzymes and L-Glutamine; an ideal tea to drink before or after a meal.
Ingredients:
Ginger root (Zingiber officinale), Chamomile flower (Matricaria chamomilla), Peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita), Pineapple fruit (Ananas comosus), Papaya fruit (Carica papaya), Fructose, Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), L-Glutamine 68mg*, Citric acid, Papain 1,130,000 PU*, Bromelain 45 GDU*, Flavour. (* per tea bag)
Directions:
Infuse 1-2 teabags in very hot water (not boiling) for 2-5 minutes before drinking to fully capture the flavour and herbal benefits. Use up to three times daily, best taken before or after meals. Add honey to sweeten if desired. Best without milk.
